John 6 – Jesus’ Galilee Ministry Moves On This is the fourth “Sign Miracle” in John, the great miracle of feeding the 5000 (along with the 5th Sign Miracle, Jesus walking on water) propelled Jesus’ ministry forward in a way similar to healing the lame man – the Bread of Life message would soon result in even worse opposition by the Jewish leaders.
